Loans for Desert Ridge Lending are governed by the laws of the Tribe, not the law of your resident state.

What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?	Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.

Definitions:
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Our affiliates include other business entities of Desert Ridge Lending, which is a wholly owned corporate subdivision of Wolf Creek Holdings, a wholly owned corporate subdivision and economic arm of the Santa Ysabel Economic Development Corporation & Tribal Development Corporation, a sovereign economic arm, enterprise and instrumentality of, and created under the laws and for the benefit of, the Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel, a federally recognized sovereign American Indian tribe in California.
Non-affiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Non-affiliates we share with include service providers and data processors.
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. * Desert Ridge Lending does not jointly market.
